Howard Webb

Howard Webb has over 35 years of experience in the field of Electronic Engineering with the federal government. He worked at Harry Diamond Laboratories, Electronic Research and Development Command, Fort Belvoir, the Logistics Command and the Pentagon. Howard has a BS in Electrical Engineering, and completed work in Computer Aided Design Engineering at the University of Michigan.
